Hi lyn, sorry about this. A bug in an update released this afternoon stopped Studio requests sent through Memo Agent from starting, so your Practice Test and Flashcards stayed on "generating". The fix has been live since 6:17pm Hong Kong time.
The failed attempts were rejected before generation started, so they didn't use your balance. Please reload Memo and try again. If a card is still stuck on "generating" after reloading, reply here with the approximate time.
